This tour is all about getting your daily steps in – and seeing all of what Copenhagen has to offer while you do it!
The Street Food Power Walk is a 4+ hour (just 3 hour for the Essential Copenhagen Loop) walkabout in Copenhagen, with many sights, stories and a few street food friendly snacks along the way and something to drink to round of your tour.
This is the ultimate seightseeing experience and danish food culture experience all rolled into one. See it as a comprehensive walking tour – but with a few bites aswell.
It’s also our most price friendly experience. So you are really getting alot of bang for your buck!

No matter where the tour goes it always includes:
A Danish Pastry
Ice Cream
Large Street Snack (Hot Dog, Roast Pork Sandwich, Kebab etc.)
Beer, Wine or Soda to round off the tour
The tour will go to different locations but will always include walking through 3-4 different Copenhagen neighbourhoods*. Depending on the tour – the length of the tour is 6-8 kilometers (3,75 – 5 miles*). So we will be doing a fair deal of walking – although despite “power” being in the title – there is no rush. We make sure everyone can follow along.

(*Essential Copenhagen Loop Tour will only cover the City Center, and that tour is a lot shorter than the other 4)
Central Tour
This tour starts in the Østerbro neighborhood and ends in the Meat Packing District in Vesterbro.
You will get to see numerous Copenhagen sights – including the Lakes, Botanical Gardens, The Kings Garden, The Marble Church, Amaliensborg Palace, Nyhavn, Christiansborg Palace, City Hall Square, Copenhagen Central Station, The Meat Packing District and more…
The tour is estimated at around 7,5 km.

Essential Copenhagen Loop Tour
This is our shortest and cheapest tour option. The tour starts and ends in Sankt Peders Stræde, close to the main shopping street “Strøget” and City Hall Square.
You will get to see Church of our Lady, The Round Tower, Kings Garden, Rosenborg Castle, , The Marble Church, Amalienborg Palace, The Opera, Nyhavn, Christiansborg Palace and more…
The entire tour is located in the center city and will only last around 3 hours.

West to East Tour
This tour will start in Carlsberg Byen and end in the center of the city.
You will get to see Carlsberg Byen, Enghave Plads, Vesterbro, Meat Packing District, Copenhagen Central Station, Christianborg Palace, Nyhavn, Amalienborg Palace, The Marble Church and more..
The tour is estimated at around 6,5 km.
Cost: 549 DKK.
Surrounding Neighbourhoods Tour
The tour will start in the Nørrebro neighbourhood and end in Frederiksberg.
You will get to see The Red Sqaure, Jægersborg Gade (Street), The Assitens Cemetary (Grave of Niels Bohr and H.C. Andersen), Blågaards Gade (Street), The Lakes, Planetarium, Vesterbro, Frederiksberg Gardens and more…
The tour is estimated at around 7 km.
Cost: 549 DKK.
Along The Water Tour
The tour will start close to Langebro in the city center and end at Refshale Island at the “Reffen” Street Food Market. We will get there via the harbour bus (fare included in the price).
You will see Langebro, Christianshavn, Broens Street Food, Inderhavnsbroen, Nyhavn, Amalienborg Palace, The Marble Church, Kastellet, Langelinje, The Little Mermaid, Reffen and more…
The tour is estimated at around 6 km. (plus a ferry ride)
Cost: 599 DKK.
Craft Beer Power Walk
Once in a while we do the tours as a Craft Beer Power walk. The tours cost a little more but we do more than one beer stop – and will have a mini-beer tasting along the tour as well. If you do not drink beer we can do a danish soft drink tasting instead.
NOTE: If you are looking at a date for a regular tour but want to make it a Craft Beer tour instead (and nobody else has booked yet), send us a request at booking – or at info@copenhagenfoodcrawl.
Cost: 699 DKK.
Meeting time is different for the tours depending on the day (check our tour schedule for the specific time) and the tour will run for approximately 3 -5 hours, depending on the tour and the number of guests.
The meeting point will depend on the tour. You will be notified of the meeting point via mail shortly after booking the tour. If the meeting point should change you will be notified a few days before the tour. So be sure to check your mail beforehand.
The total length of the walking tour is about 5-8 kilometers, but we do it at a reasonable pace that most will be able to follow.
We do NOT recommend this tour to people that have issues with walking
The tour might also include a ride on the harbour bus depending on the tour.
The price starts at 475 DKK and it includes all food samples and drinks. There will be about 4-5 food/beer samples per person per tour.
Craft Beer Power Walk tours will include a walking beer tasting and one more beer stop along the way.
NOTE: There are a 4-person minimum on the Power Walks. If the requirements are not met – we reserve the right to cancel the tour. You will be notified 24-hours in advance and be issued a full refund.
It is perfectly fine to book a tour as a solo guest or if you are less than 4 people. You can see in our booking system if a tour already has bookings (we have a maximum of 20 people on the tour).
As always you can book the tour as a private tour of up to 20-persons. If you are a less than 4 persons, you can also book a private tour. The price will then be negotiated to fit our requirements.
